Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Quixly services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Quixly provides internet connectivity, email hosting, web hosting, phone services, cloud services, backup services, VPN solutions, and custom technical solutions. All services operate on our own network infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • Service fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • Setup fees and equipment charges are non-refundable
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for business services. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate service termination without refund.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting your service.

8. Equipment

  • Equipment provided by Quixly remains our property
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss to provided equipment
  • Equipment must be returned within 30 days of service termination
  • Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges

9. Term and Termination

Services continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination of contract terms may result in fees as specified in your service agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quixly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Quixly harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
